This butt workout can be done at home, the gym, or outside. All you need are some ankle weights and a barbell. Start with a series of kick-back butt isolation exercises. Then Squats, then finish with side to side hops.
You can do this workout 3-4x a week and you'll really notice a big difference in your booty.
