Awesome Women's Butt and Leg Workout!!

Ladies if want want sexy toned and and a nice round butt then give workout a try.
Start with 20-30 reps of wide stance squat holding a 10-15lbs weight.
After that do Hopping lunges for as many as you can. Then rest 1 minute and repeat that 2x more.
Next do stepping forward lunges for as many as you can.
Finish up with explosive jumping squats for as many as you can.
Do this workout 2x for an intense lower body workout.
