Heres a great butt and leg workout to lift your butt and tone your legs if you're need to exercising and/or you're a beginner.
Exercises Side Step Lunge Stepping Back Lunge Squat Curtsy Lunge These are some of the best exercise for you butt and legs. If you're a beginner just use your own body weight and see how many you can do of each exercise in good for. Rest about 1 minute between each one. Increase the reps each workout.
