These are some of the best butt lifting exercises you can do at home or the gym. All you need is one Dumbbell. 5-10lbs is a good starting weight. But you can increase the weight each week or so if it gets easy. If you do this butt lift workout at least 3x per week you will notice results in less then a month. It will lift, firm, and build your booty.
Exercises Curtsy lunges reaching the DB to the front Stepping Back Lunges reaching the DB to the front Side Step Lunges with DB going to the front. Side to side Hops Make sure you keep your back straight and your knees go forward past your toes. Good form is very important to see results. Start of doing each exercises 1x.
