Heres a great butt and leg workout you can do at home or the gym and you don't need any equipment, just your own body weight.
BTW This Fitness Model, Jessica Venema, is also the mother of a 14 month old baby. Its shows you can still be fit even after a kid. Workout Do each exercise for as many as you can. Rest 1-2 minutes between each exercise. Jumping Squats Side to Side Hops Jumping Jack Squats Hopping Deadlifts Deep Hop Squats Hoping Curtsy Lunges Do each exercise 1x everyday or 2-3x if you do it 3 days a week.
