Heres an awesome leg and butt workout. Start off doing as many stepping back lunges as you can. This exercise is great for the legs and butt. Next rest 1 minute then grab a 5-20lbs dumbbell and 10-12 stepping back lunges each leg. The added weight will help lift and build you butt more. After that rest another min then do side step back lunges for as many as you can. Then finish the workout with jump squats, go all out and do as many as you can. Repeat this workout 2x for a killer legs and butt workout. Do it 2-3x per week.
