Heres a great butt workout you can do in the gym to get a round booty and sexy legs. These Leg and butt exercises will lift and build your booty.
Exercises Stepping Back Lunges on Smith Rack 3 sets 10-12 reps each leg Squats on Smith Rack 2 set 12-15 reps Laying Leg Press Close 1 set 15-18 reps Laying Leg Press Wide 1 set 15-18 reps Stepping Back Lunges with Dumbbells 2 sets 12-15 reps Ice Skaters 2 set As many as you can Bar Curtsy Lunges 2 sets 8-10 reps each leg Bar Deadlifts 2 Set 15-20 reps Repeat this workout 2x per week.
