6th Public Talk, Saanen, Switzerland, 23rd July, 1981 Love and Freedom Is sorrow the essence of isolation? What is our relationship to the sorrow of mankind? Is love devotion to a person, to a symbol? Without ending sorrow, how can there be love? If a few have brought about the end of fear, will it affect the whole consciousness of mankind? Ending psychologically the life which I am leading with its pain, sorrow, is that what I am afraid of? What happens when I am living in disorder and I meditate?
