In this video Female Fitness Model Ali Sonoma is teaching a simple Butt and Leg Workout for Beginners. This is great to do if you're new to exercising or are getting back into it. These are three very simple and effective butt and leg exercises. Focus on good form, go slow, and do 2 sets of as many as you can.
