Any one can have lean sexy abs, a strong core, and a great midsection even after having a baby. This ab workout is great for both beginners and advanced lifters. These abdominal exercises will help strengthen your stomach and core muscles.
Do 1 set of each exercise to start 4-6x per week. Then increase to 2 sets.

BTW This Fitness Model, Jessica Venema, is also the mother of a 14 month old baby. Its shows you can still be fit even after a kid.
