Want to build a big round lifted booty? A bubble Butt? Do this..
Butt and Leg Exercises: Lunges do 3 sets of 10-15 reps, Curtsy Lunges 3 sets of 8-12 reps, Squats 3 sets of 15-20 reps, Side to Side Hopping Curtsy Lunges 3 sets of as many as you can.
Do this 2-3x a week and your butt and legs will start looking really good in a few weeks.
