Heres a great ab workout in the gym to get sexy abs, a strong core, and fit obliques.
Exercises
sit-ups on a decline bench
Leg raise to hip raise on a decline bench
Cable Oblique twist

Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise 3x per week.
